Anyah Finsaarthi Advisory LLP ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through Anyah Schedule III Studio (the "Service") and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, firm name, firm registration number (FRN) and membership number, used to set up and run your account.
- Client & financial data you upload — trial balances, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, GST/identity certificates and signatory details — used solely to generate the financial statements you request.
- Payment information — processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details. We keep only transaction references (order/payment ID, amount, status).
- Technical data — a session cookie to keep you logged in, and basic server logs.
2. How we use your information
To provide and operate the Service, generate your reports, process payments, offer support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service — our payment gateway (Razorpay) and our hosting provider — who are required to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Storage & security
Your data is stored on secured servers with access controls and reasonable safeguards. While we take protection seriously, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Retention & deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete clients and their data from within the Service at any time, and you may email us to delete your account. We may retain minimal records as required for legal or tax compliance.
6. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
