Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Anyah Schedule III Studio (the "Service"), operated by Anyah Finsaarthi Advisory LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a software tool that helps accounting professionals prepare and format financial statements under Schedule III (and related schedules) from trial balances, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets and related data supplied by the user. It is a preparation and formatting aid.

2. Eligibility & account

The Service is intended for practising Chartered Accountants and accounting professionals. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Professional responsibility & disclaimer

The Service assists with the preparation and formatting of financial statements. It does not provide audit, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not verify the accuracy of the data you enter. You remain solely responsible for the correctness, completeness, classification and statutory compliance of the financial statements produced, and you must review all output before relying on or issuing it. We are not responsible for errors arising from the data you supply or from your use of the output.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are charged on a per-report basis at ₹50 per report, plus applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). Prices may change; any change applies to future purchases. Completed purchases unlock the corresponding report.

5. Your data

You may upload client financial and identity data to use the Service. You confirm you are authorised to process that data. You retain ownership of your data and the reports you generate. We process your data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, not to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it, and not to upload malicious or infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are owned by Anyah Finsaarthi Advisory LLP. The financial statements you generate belong to you.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the report(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
