Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for fees paid on Anyah Schedule III Studio, operated by Anyah Finsaarthi Advisory LLP.
1. Nature of the service
Anyah Schedule III Studio is a digital service. Each financial-statement report is generated and made available to you immediately upon successful payment of ₹50 (plus applicable GST) per report.
2. Refunds
Because each report is a digital product delivered instantly on payment, fees are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated and made available for download.
3. Exception — technical failure
If you were charged but a technical error on our side prevented the report from being generated or downloaded, and our team is unable to resolve it, we will re-generate the report or issue a full refund. Email anyahfinserv@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, quoting your payment reference.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
Any duplicate charge, or a payment that was debited but did not unlock the corresponding report, will be refunded in full.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (actual timing may depend on your bank / payment provider).
6. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service at any time. Per-report purchases are one-time; there is no automatic subscription or auto-renewal unless you separately opt in to a plan.
